3.Visit Of Sri Jayram Ramesh,Hon’ble Union Minister of state for Commerce At TFDPC Industrial Estate, Anandanagar On 17^th February, 2007 .

Sri Jayram Ramesh, Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Commerce, praised the efforts of TFDPC Ltd for promotion of Rubber based industries in Tripura specially Rubber fencing along Indo-Bangla Border. He assures sanction of Rs. 5.08 crore for Door Manufacturing Project at Anandanagar.  

4.Visit of Sri Manik Sarkar Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tripura  To TFDPC Industrial Estate Anandanagar, West Tripura  On 4^th February, 2006.

Sri Manik Sarkar, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tripura visited the TFDPC industrial Estate at Anandanagar, West Tripura On 4^th February, 2006 at 3.30 pm. The Chief Minister visited Timber Treatment Plant, Carpentry unit, Process cum Product Development Centre and Hawai chappal unit.  Dr. V.K.Bahuguna, Managing Director TFDPC Ltd and other officers demonstrated the functioning of the estate to him. He expressed his pleasure and satisfaction on the functioning & quality of Timber, Furniture and Hawai chappal unit. He spoke to the carpenters of the unit and advised to officials of TFDPC to bring variety in design of Furniture. He suggested TFDPC to improve the infrastructure and make provision to improve this area a industrial tourist spot of the state.
